摘要 油田采出水中含有的聚合物容易导致颗粒滤料类过滤器中的滤料颗粒黏度升高、附着力增强,甚至形成板结块和滤饼层,难以通过单一的反冲洗方式进行再生。通过试验研究确定使用气水反冲洗再生技术,可有效地解决目前油田实际生产中存在的颗粒滤料污染后再生困难的技术难题,提高过滤后的水质,使滤后水质稳定达标,适应油田开发后期水质发生变化的特点。 Oilfield produced water containing polymer is easy to cause increase of viscosity and adhesion of filter particlesin the sewage treatment process,even generating hardened filter and filter cake,which is difficult to regenerate by single way of back-flushing.The regeneration technology,determined by experimental studies,can effectively resolve that problem existing in the actual production and improve the quality of the filtered water quality,ensuring the filtered water quality meeting relevant standards.Furthermore,it can satisfy the characteristics of the water at the last period of oilfield production and guarantee developing oilfield successfully.
