摘要
在调研长庆油田应急储备库和国内外溢油处理方法及设备的基础上,针对长庆油田流域水系特点,提出根据河道特点及抢险的地质地貌,应用化学处理法和生物修复技术同机械收油法相结合的措施,优选适合长庆油田浅滩水体的高效收油拦油设备和拦截方式。同时应加强人员技术培训与实战演习,将应急设备效用最大化、事故影响最小化。
According to the researches on emergency stockpile of Changqing Oilfield and domestic and international methods and devices of oil leakage,aiming at the characteristics of the watershed system in Changqing Oilfield,this paper provides a method of chemical treatment and bioremediation with mechanical oil recovery,and optimizes the device and intercepts way to realize oil recovery with high efficiency.In the meanwhile,it should strengthen personnel training and practice exercise,maximize the device efficiency and minimize the accident influence.
