摘要 随着我国高速铁路和城市轨道交通建设的飞速发展,不同交通形式的空间交叉工程越来越多,该类工程的安全性也越来越受到人们的重视。文章以高速铁路下穿立交工程为背景,利用危险性分析方法,对其安全评价体系进行了深入研究。采用定性与定量分析相结合方法,确定了本工程的影响因素;通过对安全评价指标的影响因素进行分析,确定了各因素对安全评价指标的影响程度;针对每一影响因素进行了风险控制,提高了工程安全储备。从施工及运营情况来看,建议措施是可行的,评估结论是可靠的。 With the rapid development of China's high- speed railway and urban mass transit,the different types of transportation space cross project will be more and more. And the security of the engineering is also attracting increasing attention. With the high- speed railway under the construction process of under- cross bridge as engineering background,the safety influence of the tunneling under railway overpass engineering in construction and operation stage on the hazard of high- speed railway has been analyzed by using the method of risk analysis. The method which combined with quantitative and qualitative analysis have been adapted to determine the influence factors of the project. The impacts of various factors on the safety evaluation index are determined by analyzing the influencing factors. The influence factors are analyzed and controlled,which enhanced the safety engineering reserves. The proposed measures are feasible and the evaluation conclusions are reliable from construction and operating situations. From the construction and the operation,the proposed measure is feasible and the evaluation conclusion is reliable.
