摘要
"液塑限联合测定法"数据处理的传统作图法较为繁琐,误差也较大,数据处理较慢,不适合大量的试验工作。计算法提高了试验结果的计算速度和准确度,但却摒弃了作图法直观和易于理解的优点。为了提高"液塑限联合测定法"试验数据处理的效率和优化数据处理的效果,建立了数据处理的数学模型,基于Microsoft Excel软件,编制了能够自动完成原始数据处理、试验结果计算、曲线及辅助线图表的绘制等功能的程序。该程序易用性好:只需输入原始数据,程序将完全自动的完成数据处理、曲线参数的计算、试验结果的计算、"圆锥下沉深度与含水率"关系曲线及辅助线图表的绘制等工作;且同时具有计算法的精确性和绘图法的直观性;程序所实现的效果完全符合TB 10102-2010《铁路工程土工试验规程》中对"液塑限联合测定法"数据处理的要求。
As the traditional graphing method is tedious,slower and has a larger error in the data processing of liquid-plastic limit combined measurement,it is not suitable for a large amount of tests. Though the calculation method can improve the calculation speed and degree of accuracy of test result,it abandons the intuitive and well-understood advantages of graphing method. In order to improve the testing data processing efficiency and the optimized data processing effect of liquid-plastic limit combined measurement,this paper establishes a mathematical model for data processing of liquid-plastic limit combined measurement. Meanwhile,based on Microsoft Excel,a program is worked out that can automatically complete the original data processing of liquid-plastic limit combined measurement,calculation of test results,charting of the curve and auxiliary lines etc. The program can automatically complete the data processing,calculation of curve parameters and testing result,and graphing of"Cone sinking depth and moisture content"curve and auxiliary lines etc just after inputting original data; It is more precise than calculation method and more intuitive than manual graphing method; The effect that the program completely conforms to the requirements in"Code for Soil Test of Railway Engineering( TB10102- 2010) "on data processing method for liquid-plastic limit combined measurement.
