双-2.4和白炭黑对陶瓷化耐火硅橡胶力学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了双-2.4做硫化剂的陶瓷化耐火硅橡胶的力学性能。分析了双-2.4和白炭黑的用量对陶瓷化耐火硅橡胶断裂伸长率、拉伸强度和硬度的影响。最终得出当双-2.4用量为1.5%,白炭黑用量为10%,硫化温度为120℃,硫化时间为10min,硫化压力为10MPa时陶瓷化耐火硅橡胶常温力学性能最佳。 By the study of effect of 2 ,4-Dichlorobenzoyl Peroxide(DCBP)on the mechanical properties of fire resistant ceramic silicone rubber ,the vulcanization and elongation ,tensile strength and hardness were analyzed .Finally ,it was concluded that when the dosage of DCBP was 1 .5% ,silicon dioxide was 15% ,vulcanizing temperature was 120 ℃ ,the vulcanization time for 10 min ,stress was 10 MPa the best mechanical properties can be obtained .
