Foreign Direct Investment and the Adjustment of Industrial Structure in Henan Province

河南省利用外商直接投资的规模迅速扩大,从区域上看,主要集中在中原城市群隆起地带。从产业结构上看,主要集中在第二产业,尤其是食品加工、服装鞋帽等劳动密集型和低技术密集型的制造业。河南省吸收外资应该优先考虑新兴产业,同时加强本土企业和外资企业的合作,以实现河南省产业结构的全面优化,建设好中原经济区。

The scale of utilization of foreign direct investment （FDI） in Henan has expanded rapidly . From a regional point of view ,the FDI flow is mainly concentrated in the uplift zone of Central Plains Urban Agglomeration .From the point of view of industrial structure ,the FDI flow is mainly in the secondary industry ,especially in food processing ,garments and other labor -intensive and low -technolo-gy -intensive manufacturing .Henan should give priority to foreign investment in emerging industries , while strengthening the cooperation between local enterprises and foreign investment in order to achieve a comprehensive optimization of the industrial structure of Henan Province ,and to build a better Central China Economic Zone .
