Graduates＆#39;Employment problems have become an important issue in current economic and social development .China is in the initial stages of modern industrialization .The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is imminent .Profound changes in the industrial structure will give college students new challenges in employment .According to the direction of China＆#39;s industrial restructuring , building a long -term mechanism between university education and market demand is the key to solving the employment problem of graduate students .
