摘要 以汽车钳式制动器的制动盘与制动块为研究对象,以制动器制动温升最低和制动力矩最大为目标函数,建立了制动器优化函数,并运用遗传算法进行优化分析。介绍了MATLAB遗传算法优化方法,并进行实例分析。盘式制动器优化结果表明采用遗传算法,优化效果明显,实现方法简单。 Automotive brake caliper brake disc and brake pads for the study, In order to brake temperature minimum and maximum braking torque as the objective function, the establishment of a brake function optimization and genetic algorithm optimization analysis. Introduces the MATLAB genetic algorithm optimization methods and case analysis. Disc brakes optimization results show that the genetic algorithm to optimize the effect is obvious, method is simple.
