摘要
"双导师制"对培养卓越职前教师行之有效.文章对"双导师制"进行界定,分析基于"双导师制"培养模式实践中存在的问题,从导师管理、课程设置、学业评估体系设置等方面提出优化卓越教师培养的初步构想.
Double tutorial system is effective for training excellent pre-service teachers.This paper analyzes the existing questions of the excellent teacher training practice based on the double tutorial system.It suggests optimizing the tutor management of the excellent teacher training,curriculum provision and course evaluation system,etc.
