Research on Absolute Income,Relative Income and Subjective Well-Being

主观幸福感是测量人们生活质量的一个至关重要的综合性指标。着眼于绝对收入,相对收入与主观幸福感的研究和分析它们之间的关系。讨论了进行幸福感研究对于我国居民改善生活质量以及我国和谐社会的建设有重要的理论和实践意义,并提出应促进经济快速与良性发展、采用更公平的收入分配政策、建立以主观幸福感为核心的主观指标评价体系以及建立科学合理的人才培养体系等相关的政策建议。

Subjective Well-being is an important comprehensive index to measure the quality of life. This article mainly aims at researching and analyzing the relationship between absolute income, relative income and subjective well-being. At last, we discuss the importance of research on happiness of our residents and make some relevant policy recommendations such as rapidly developing our economy, adopting more equal income alloca- tion policy, establishing evaluation criteria for subjective well-being.
