同盘区厚煤层大采高开采工艺对比

摘要 经过现场实测对厚煤层大采高综采与综放开采两种回采工艺在矿压显现强度、回采进度、经济效益等方面进行了综合对比,分析了大采高综放开采工艺在布尔台煤矿4-2煤层的应用效果。通过对比分析,开采同一盘区条件下的厚煤层,综放开采要在顶板维护效果、经济效益方面明显优于大采高综采。 The fully mechanized mining with great cutting-height was used in Buertai Coal Mine first. The strata behaviors, such as side spalling and roof falling, were happened frequently. Therefore the fully mechanized caving was used then. By the comparative analysis of two mining methods from the aspect of strata behavior, mining progress and economic benefits, the fully mechanized caving is superior to the fully mechanized mining with great cutting-height in the aspect of roof management and economic benefits.
