大病保障制度作为一种新生事物,在经办管理中不可避免的会存在一些困难和问题,本文以辽宁省大病保险实践为例,探究大病保险起步运行中存在的不足之处及改进措施。

As a new emerging social system, difficulties and problems are inevitable in catastrophic medical insurance system. To enhance the effects of insurance funds, to protect the benefit of the insurants, and to improve the methods of management, an elementary pilot study in Liaoning Province was carried out. This paper analyzes the insufficient points and suggests the ways to improve catastrophic medical insurance system.
