摘要
通过对医疗保险和新农合药品目录限定用药政策内容和管理现状的分析,列述了限定用药管理规定可操作性差、与临床用药差距较大等管理难点及存在的问题,提出了政策建议。
By analyzing the policy of medication limitation and the management situation in medical insurance and new rural cooperative medical system, this paper found out that the operability of medication limitation is poor and it is different from clinical medication. To control the expenditure of medicine, we suggest that medication limitation should be denied, the scope of drugs directory and the proportion of out-of-pocket should be reasonable, and the mode of payment should be improved.
