In view of the characteristics of the natural gas distributed energy system that means graded utilization of en- ergy, transformation of the coal-fired heat source in a hotel is carried out. The scheme is set out to solve the problem of energy supply faced by different users, construction, business nature, energy demand, which can realize the maximization of the utilization efficiency of energy from the high to the end. Technically, the natural gas distributed energy technology is mature and feasible that can bring about real benefits for users as well as achieve energy conservation, emissions reduction,and reduce the cost of operations. With the support from government policy ,the investors can provide users with a full range of energy supply ,at the same time ,make project operate normally ,and recoup the cost of investment year by year.
