摘要 电能计量装置是由电能表、互感器、及其二次回路的接线和计量柜(计量箱)组成。运行中的电能表,要定期进行现场监督检验,电能表的实际运行情况和准确程度对电能计量有着极大的影响。现场检验的基本内容包括检查电能表的接线是否正确及在实际运行负载下测定电能表的相对误差。为了保证电能计量的准确性,电能计量装置在投入运行前和运行中都要进行接线检查,而接线检查可分为停电检查和带电检查。 The energy metering device consists of an electric energy meter, a current transformer,its secondary circuit connection and a metering cabinet( metering box). It is very important to take the on-site inspection regularly on the e- lectric energy meter in operation because the actual running condition and its accuracy affect the energy metering intensely. The on-site inspection includes inspecting whether the wiring of the electric energy meter is right or not, and measuring the relative error of the electric energy meter under the actual load. To ensure the accuracy of energy metering, the wiring should be inspected before and during the operation of the energy metering devices. The wiring inspection can be divided into on-line and off-line inspection.
