摘要
设计了一种液压驱动的机床机械手,分析比较两种设计方案并选择较为合理的一种,在此基础上通过详细分析与计算,完成该机械手的结构设计,并利用Solidworks软件建立了该机床机械手的三维模型,利用FluidSim软件建立了实现所设计机床机械手动作的液压系统原理.液压系统仿真结果表明了设计方案的正确性和可行性,对实际的生产应用具有一定的参考价值.
A kind of hydraulic - driven manipulator for machine tool was designed. Firstly,two design schemes are analyzed and compared,and then the more reasonable one is chosen. Then,by analyzing and calculation,the structure of the manipulator is designed and three-dimensional models are built by using solid works software. Finally,the hydraulic system diagram for implementing actions of the manipulator is set up. The simulation results show the correctness and feasibility of our design;therefore,this can provide a certain referencing value for the actual production application.
