思维导图在静脉用化疗药物安全管理中的应用

Application of mind map in safety management of intravenous chemotherapy drugs

[目的]应用思维导图为护士提供静脉化疗的安全指引,保障病人静脉化疗的用药安全。[方法]通过查阅相关文献,以"静脉化疗安全"为中心关键词研制了"静脉用化疗药物思维导图",并对相关护理人员进行集中培训和实地讲解,按照静脉给药的流程将存在的问题、解决的方法逐一分析,结合图片剖析存在问题的严重性,有意唤起大家的注意。应用前及应用后3个月对115名护理人员进行静脉化疗相关的理论知识和操作项目考核,同时比较应用前后1年内药物外渗、静脉炎的发生例数。[结果]应用3个月后115名护理人员理论考核和操作考核得分均高于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。应用思维导图后1年药物外渗、静脉炎的发生例数较应用前1年减少,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论 ]应用"静脉用化疗药物思维导图"能够提高护士对静脉化疗安全和风险的认识和防范,提高其对静脉化疗知识的掌握度和临床操作中的执行力,是提高病人静脉化疗用药安全的有效手段。

Objective：Applyingindmaptoprovidethesafetyguidelinesof intravenous chemotherapy for nurses,so as to ensure the medication safety of patients receiving intravenous chemotherapy.Methods：Through con-sulting relevant literatures,“intravenous chemotherapy safety”was taken as central keyword to develop “mind map of intravenous chemotherapy drugs”,and apply the mind maps for centralized training and site briefing for the related nursing staff.In accordance with intravenous dosing process to analyze the existing problems and the solutions one by one,combined with image to analyze the seriousness of the problems,so as to raise peo-ple’s attention.In three months before and after application,1 1 5 nurses re-ceived intravenous chemotherapy relevant theoretical knowledge and oper-ating proj ect appraisal,and to compare the occurrence cases number of drug exosmosis and phlebitis in 1 year before and after application.Results：After 3 months,115 nurse’theory and operation examination scores were higher than that before application,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant （P〈0.01）.After 1 year of application of mind map,the occurrence cases of drug extravasation and phlebitis were reduced compared with that in 1 year before application,but there was no statistically significant differ-ence （P〉0.05 ）.Conclusion：Application of mind map of intravenous chemotherapy drugs can improve the nurses’awareness and prevention to intravenous chemotherapy safety and risk,and improve their master degree of knowledge of intravenous chemotherapy,and improve their execution in clinical operation.It is an effective method for improving patients’intrave-nous chemotherapy drug safety.
