流动人口女性生殖健康的影响因素及对策研究

Factors and Countermeasures of Migrant Women's Reproductive Health

目的了解流动人口女性存在的生殖健康问题,找出其健康隐患的影响因素,并提出解决问题的对策。方法调查本地及流动女性生殖健康知识知晓情况,并统计分析流动女性生殖健康影响因素。结果本地居民与流动人口生殖健康相关知识知晓率比较具有统计学意义(P<0.0001),流动人口女性生殖健康隐患的相关影响因素分析结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调查对象的年龄、文化程度、经济条件、性观念、生育观念、工作性质、恋爱经历均对生殖健康隐患有明显影响。应提高对女性流动人口生殖健康教育和服务。

Objective To investigate the health issues of migrant women’s reproductive system to identify factors influencing their health risks and propose solutions of this problem.Method Using a questionnaire surveys and current local women’s reproductive health knowl-edge,complete statistical analysis of current women’s reproductive health factors.Results Local residents and migrants reproductive health-related knowledge had a statistically significant comparison （P〈0.0001 ）,the floating population of female reproductive health related factors analysis results were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Survey’s Age,educational level,economic conditions,sexual attitudes, birth concept,nature of work,love experiences are the hazards factors of reproductive health .We should raise education and services of mi-grant women reproductive health.
