摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动对提高ICU导尿管护理执行正确率的作用。方法在品管圈活动前先对科内的留置导尿管患者的情况进行调查分析,从主要原因中找出整改措施。结果开展品管圈活动后导尿管护理执行正确率从56%升至90%,同时尿路感染率从6.192‰降至3.0‰,达到预期目标。结论运用品管圈管理方法检查留置尿管患者的护理是否到位,从而提高危重症患者的护理质量,并且参与人员的品管圈方法运用、团队精神、专业知识、人际关系、护理品质意识、脑力开发等得到提升,增加集体的凝聚力,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the role of QCC to improve the right rate in implementing ICU catheter care.Method Before applying QCC,We should investigate and analyze the condition of the patients who have indwelling catheter,find out the correct measures from the main reasons.Results After the catheter to carry QCC,the correct execution rate rose to 90 percent from 56 percent,while urinary tract infection fell from 6.1 92 ‰to 3.0 ‰,achieving the desired goals.Conclusion QCC management method can check whether the care of patients with indwelling catheter is good,therefore it can improve quality of care for critically ill patients,and the personnel involved QCC methods whose teamwork,expertise,relationships,quality of care awareness,mental development would be enhanced to increase the collective cohesion,worthy of clinical application.
