球囊扩张联合双D-J管置入治疗医源性输尿管狭窄21例
摘要
目的观察球囊扩张联合双D-J管置入治疗医源性输尿管狭窄的效果。方法 21例医源性输尿管狭窄患者采用球囊扩张联合双D-J管置入治疗。结果 21例手术均顺利,无中转开放手术者。治愈15例(71.4%),好转、无效各3例(各14.3%)。结论在选择合适病例、与患者进行有效沟通、做好充分术前准备的基础上,采用球囊扩张联合置入双D-J管内引流是治疗医源性输尿管狭窄的有效方法。
