摘要
为提高逆向物流系统的整体运营绩效,综合考虑逆向物流网络中正逆向运输整合的路径优化策略,结合回收产品的可分批运输的特点,建立了选址—路径—库存问题一体优化的混合整数规划模型,并针对模型的特点设计了一种先"选址—分组"、再安排路径和库存的两阶段启发式算法。通过算例仿真证明了该策略的合理有效性。
To enhance the operational performance of reverse logistics systems, the path optimization of forward and reverse transportation integration in reverse logistics network was considered to build a mixed integer programming model with location-routing-inventory control optimization by combining with the batch transportation of recycle products. Aiming at the characteristics of proposed model, a two-phase heuristics algorithm by using location-allocation before routing and inventory was proposed. A simulation example was presented to demonstrate the validity of the model and algorithm.
