面向能力的层次网络计划模型构建方法

摘要 针对用户构建的以活动为中心的云制造项目计划不能适应以能力为基本调度单元的云制造项目管理机制的矛盾,提出云制造环境下面向能力的层次网络计划模型。通过对活动进行分割以及活动—能力、能力—活动、能力层次等关系模型的构建,实现以活动为中心的云制造项目计划模型向面向能力的层次网络计划模型的转换。所构建的能力层次网络计划模型以能力为云制造计划调度的基本单元,克服了以活动为管理单元的计划管理粒度粗放、不能及时捕获制造能力以及能力约束关系对计划(包括跨项目的多个计划)执行的影响等问题,从而建立面向能力的云制造计划调度与监控的基础。 Aiming at the problem that the cloud manufacturing project plan with activity-centered could not adapt to the cloud manufacturing project management mechanism with capability-centered, a Multi-level Capability Oriented Network Plan (MCONP) model was proposed under cloud manufacturing environment. Through cutting the activi- ties and constructing the relationship model of activity-capability, capability-activity and capability level, the trans- formation of cloud manufacturing project planning model with activity-centered into MCONP model was realized. The plan scheduling base of manufacturing capability was taking as the basic of proposed model to overcome the in- fluence of plan management traditional extensive size with activity-centered on execution plan. Thus the plan schedu- ling and monitoring of cloud manufacturing oriented to capability was established.
