摘要
为了实现全数字量驱动的装配精度控制,从完整描述精度信息的角度出发,以基于模型定义技术为基础,建立了集成精度信息模型。首先按照精度信息类型论述了基于模型定义的集成精度信息模型的组成;然后基于各类信息的逻辑关系建立精度信息模型。在建模过程中,将关键特性点作为装配精度控制的主要对象。按照精度信息形成过程将模型分为初级层、定义层、预测层和优化层。以发动机前端辅助传动系统装配为例,建立了完整的精度信息模型。
To achieve assembly precision control driven by full digital signal, the integrated precision information model based on model-based definition technology was established from the perspective of complete precision infor- mation description. The composition of proposed model was described according to the types of precision informa- tion. Based on the logical relationship between various types of information, the precision information model was established. In the modeling process, the key characteristic point was taken as the main object in the process of assem- bly precision control. The model was divided into four layers of primary layer, definition layer, prediction layer and optimization layer according to the formation process of precision information- Assembly of engine auxiliary drive system was taken as the example to establish the complete precision information model.
