摘要
为了改变企业制定的标准时间不能严格要求员工而导致效率低下的现状,提出一种基于员工工作积极性等级指数的标准时间制定方法。首先定义各积极性等级的区间及含义;然后根据熟练员工工时数据符合正态分布的规律,运用偏度系数建立工作积极性等级指数模型;最后运用工作积极性等级指数、熟练系数和宽放系数修正观测时间,制定标准时间。将员工工作积极性等级指数的含义合理性、取值合理性和方法合理性作为该方法正确性的论证依据,以制定A公司内筒装配线各工序的标准时间为例,证明了该方法合理可行。
To improve the situation that the constituted standard time could not require employees strictly, which led to low efficiency due to ignoring human factors, a standard time development method based on staff's work enthusiasm level index was proposed. The range and meaning of each work enthusiasm level was defined. According to the law that skilled employees working hours data comply with normal distribution, the enthusiasm level index model was built based on skewness coefficient. Observation time was revised by enthusiasm level index, skilled coefficient and allowance coefficient, and the standard time was established. In addition, the definition rationality, value ration- ality and technique rationality of work enthusiasm level index were used as the theory basis for proposed method's correctness. The rationality and feasibility of this method was verified by the example of standard time of each process in inner cylinder assembly line of A company.
