This article mainly discusses the connotation of the ＂post-order＂ talent training mode,and thcdifference between the post-order and order talent training mode; and demonstrates the implementation process of the ＂post-order＂talent training mode; and illustrates the innovations of this mode. The article aims at promoting the the talent training qualities.
