摘要
本文从教学过程中学生对教师施行冷暴力的角度入手,揭示学生课堂上的"漠不关心"对师生双方精神上造成的隐性伤害,并由此究其成因,剖析危害,提出用"修己安人"来融化"冷漠",用"和"文化来消解冷暴力的解决对策。
From the perspective of students' implementing emotional abuse to the teachers in the process of teaching, the paper reveals the invisible harm of students' indifference on the minds of both teachers and students. Furthermore, the paper investigates its causes, analyzes its harm, and puts forward the countermeasure of "self-discipline and stabilizing others" to eliminate the emotional abuse by promoting the culture of harmony.
