摘要 企业文化与校园文化中的4种同质因素,是两种文化的对接点。4种因素之间共存的逻辑关系决定了学生的行为与企业职业道德和职业礼仪的对接是基础对接,是对接的切入点;学生与企业员工的对接是核心对接;学校培养好学生与企业提高经济效益对接是根本对接、最终对接。 The seamless docking of campus culture and corporate culture must be decided by the fundamental task and the direction of running of higher vocational education. Corporate culture and campus culture contain four homogeneous factors, which are the abutting joints of two cultures. The co-existing logic relation of four kinds of factors results in the docking between the students' behavior and enterprise occupation moral and occupation etiquette, which is the starting point of the docking; The docking between students and enterprise staff is the core of the docking; The docking between the outstanding students trained by school and the economic benefit of enterprises is the foundation of the docking. In order to avoid and correct the deviation in the occupation ability training, and finally to achieve the perfect docking, we must dialectically understand the logical relationship among them.
