企业文化与校园文化中的4种同质因素,是两种文化的对接点。4种因素之间共存的逻辑关系决定了学生的行为与企业职业道德和职业礼仪的对接是基础对接,是对接的切入点;学生与企业员工的对接是核心对接;学校培养好学生与企业提高经济效益对接是根本对接、最终对接。
