运用“系统论”研究《伤寒论》的思考

Research of Treatise on Febrile Diseases Based on System Theory

阐述"人体系统"的系统特性、系统环境以及疾病产生和治疗的一般模式。认为要对"人体系统"进行更深入的研究,就要划分出合理的有利于科学研究的"子系统",并对子系统作了尝试性的划分。认为《伤寒论》是通过对脏腑功能的调节进而调整气血津液的运行输布,达到祛邪、治病的目的,因此以《伤寒论》作为系统论研究中医的切入点甚为恰当。从《伤寒论》入手,逐次深入,从宏观到微观、从抽象到具体、从功能到结构、从定性到定量、从模糊到精确,使中医理论更为完善,为中医药的临床和科研提供明确的思路。

This paper briefly introduces the ＂human body system ＂,including the system characteristics,system environment and general pattern of disease and treatment. It is believed that we should make further study on＂human body system＂. The division of the subsystem must be reasonable and conducive to scientific research. Treatise on Febrile Diseases adopts adjusting the function of internal organs to regulate the circulation of Qi,blood and body fluid to eliminate pathogenic factors and cure the diseases. It＇s appropriate to regard the Treatise on Febrile Diseases as a starting point in TCM research by system theory. Starting from the Treatise on Febrile Diseases,from the macro to the micro,from the abstract to the concrete,from function to structure,from qualitative to quantitative,from vague to accurate. TCM theory will be perfect,which provide some ideas on TCM clinical and research.
