使用多通道编程输液泵配合中心静脉导管在消化道肿瘤时辰化疗中的应用护理

The Application of Chemotherapy Including Multi-channel Programming Infusion Pump with Central Venous Catheter in the Patients with Digestive Tract Tumor

目的：探讨65例消化道肿瘤患者使用多通道编程输液泵配合中心静脉导管进行时辰化疗的效果。方法选取2010年9月~2011年5月65例消化道肿瘤患者化疗前行经外周中心静脉置管，通过PICC使用多通道编程输液泵输注FOLFOX4方案进行治疗。结果患者的化疗效果良好，无不良并发症的出现。结论护理人员应熟练掌握泵操作规范、观察要点及故障的处理方法，加强巡视，保障经外周中心静脉置管及泵的正常运行；配合医生做好患者及家属的健康教育工作；落实化疗药物相关毒副反应的预防及护理。

Objective To observe the effect of chemotherapy including multi-channel programming infusion pump cooperate with PICC in the 65 cases of patients with digestive tract tumor. Methods Select from September 2010 to May 2011, 65 cases of digestive tract cancer patients on chemotherapy via peripheral venipuncture, by infusion pump infusion FOLFOX4 using multi-channel programming scheme for treatment. Results Chemotherapy shows good effect, and no bad complications happened. Conclusion Nurses should are good at the operation of the pump, strengthen patrol, safeguard the operation of the machine, cooperate with the doctor to do the health education for patients and their families, and to prevent drug related adverse reaction of the chemotherapy.
