ICU家属探视需求的调查分析与护理对策

The Investigation and Analysis for The Demand of Visiting in The ICU and Nursing Countermeasure for It

目的对重症监护室患者家属的探视需求进行调查分析,并探讨相应的护理对策。方法对ICU病房的120位患者家属进行探视需求的问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果调查结果显示排在前5位的需求分别是:希望每天都能得到有关患者病情的消息、希望了解患者目前接受的治疗、希望明确知道患者正得到最佳的救治、希望医护人员对病情的解释通俗易懂、希望提前对探视进行辅导和宣教。由此可以看出,家属最关心的是患者是否得到最佳救治、病情的进展情况、治疗效果,并能与医护人员进行良好沟通,其次是建立良好的探视秩序和环境。结论护士应为ICU患者家属及时提供患者病情的相关情况,与患者家属建立良好沟通。科室建立良好的探视秩序,为患者提供良好的医疗和护理环境,减少医患纠纷,使ICU护理工作顺利开展。

Objective To analyze the demand of family visits in the ICU and to explore the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods Using the questionnaires to explore 120 family members of patients in ICU and analyzing the results. Results show that in the top five demands are the followings：hoping to get the news about patients every day;wanting to know about patients currently re-ceive treatment;hoping to know patients will get the best treatment;hoping that health care workers to explain the disease; hoping to e-ducation in advance. Conclusion Nurses should provide the patient＆#39;s condition in a timely manner, and communicate with family mem-bers friendly. To establish visit order, to provide good medical and nursing for patients, and to reduce the medical disputes, then there will be a good results.
