3M透明敷贴在老年卧床患者褥疮预防中的应用

目的探讨3M透明敷贴在老年卧床患者褥疮预防中的应用效果。方法将老年卧床患者(Dowlong评分≥7分)120例随机分为实验组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组采用常规皮肤护理;实验组在对照组的基础上,采用3M有限公司生产的3M透明敷贴贴于患者受压皮肤表面进行皮肤保护。评价比较两组患者局部皮肤发红受损情况。结果实验组局部皮肤发红受损情况少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用3M敷贴能有效预防老年卧床患者褥疮的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of 3M transparent patches to prevent bedsore in the senile patients. Methods 120 elderly patients （Dowlong score 7 or higher） were randomly divided into experimental group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）. The control group carried out routine skin care, while the experimental group also used 3M transparent patches to protect skin. Local skin condition was evaluated between the two groups. Results The tocal skin condition in the experimental group was better than in the control group, the difference of which was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of 3M transparent patches can effectively prevent the happening of bedsore in the elderly patients in bed.
