烟酸体系中烟酸含量对镀银过程及镀层性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了在316L不锈钢材质的还原炉内壁获得光亮镀银层,研究了从烟酸体系制备银镀层的工艺,采用电化学工作站研究了电沉积性能和镀层耐蚀性,采用热反射率测试仪测试了镀层反射率,通过XRD表征不同制备条件下所得镀层的相组成。结果发现,随着烟酸浓度的增大,电沉积电位越低,镀层晶粒越小;不同烟酸浓度得到的银镀层有不同的择优取向,随着镀液中烟酸浓度的升高,镀层的耐腐蚀性降低,热反射率降低;烟酸浓度对镀层的表面光亮度无明显影响,通过对比银镀层与不锈钢基体的热反射率,发现热反射率与材料本身有很大的关系。研究得知,在烟酸体系可以获得光亮、耐蚀性好的银镀层。 Bright silver coating on inner wall of reduction furnace with 316 Lstainless steel was prepared from nicotinic acid system.Electrodeposition performance and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied in electrochemical workstation.The reflectivity of the coating was tested by heat reflectivity measuring instrument and phase composition was characterized by XRD.Effects of concentration of nicotine acid on the properties of the silver coating were studied.The results showed that,with the increase of nicotinic acid concentration,the potential of electroplatng and crystal size decreased.Preferred orientation of silver coating was different with the different concentration.The coating corrosion resistance and heat reflectivity dropped.In addition,there was no obvious effect of the concentration on the brightness of the silver coating.Compared with stainless steel,the heat reflectivity of silver coating is correlated to the material.In sum,bright silver plating with high corrosion resistance could be achieved by the silver plating system.Key words:
