摘要
本文根据绿色食品的生产标准,总结了绿色莲藕的生产技术要点,提出了对产地的环境空气质量、农田灌溉水质、土壤环境质量的要求,以期为莲藕的绿色生产提供理论依据。
According to green food production standards, the author summarized technical regulations of lotus root production, and presented the quality requirements of the ambient atmosphere, irrigation water, soil environment so as to provide a theoretical basis for production of green lotus root.
