摘要
碳是铸铁材料中的重要组分,含碳量的多少对铸铁材料的性能有重要的作用,在一定范围内铸铁的硬度强度会随着含碳量的增加而增加,碳含量的测定在铸铁成分分析中是一个重要的项目,它对评价铸铁材料的质量、性能、材质等方面是不可缺少的判定依据;硫在铸铁材料中是一种有害元素,它主要以硫化铁、硫化锰形式存在,能够引起材料的热脆、降低材料的力学性能,因此硫的测定也就成为了铸铁分析中一项常规检测项目,硫含量的检测结果是材料质量和性能判别的重要重要依据,因此碳硫含量的多少是确定铸铁产品质量的重要元素,我们通过反复的实验得出最适合的分析条件,从而获得满意的碳硫含量检测结果。
Carbon is an important component in the performance of cast iron material, how to cast iron and the carbon content has an important role, hardness and strength of cast iron in a certain range wiU increase with the increase of carbon content in iron, chemical composition analysis is one of the important project determination of carbon content, the evaluation of cast iron material quality, performance, material and other aspects is the basis for determining the indispensable; sulfur is a harmful dement in cast iron material, it mainly exists in the form of iron sulfide, manganese sulfide, can cause shortness of reducing material, the mechanical properties of the material, so the sulfur determination has become a routine test of cast iron in the detection, the sulfur content of the results is an important basis for judging the quality and properties of materials, so much carbon sulfur content arc important dements of cast iron products quality, we derive analytical conditions most suitable through repeated experiments, so as to obtain test results of carbon and sulphur content satisfaction.
