摘要
对导压管完好样和失效样进行对比,通过宏观形貌观察、化学成分分析、破口及裂纹根部宏观形貌及显微组织形貌观察,结合实际工况,分析材料失效主要是由应力腐蚀引起的,并提出了相应的解决方法。
The comparison of un - failure and failure pressure tubes was examined. Macroscopic and microscopic appearances of the cleavnge and the crack were observed. Hardness and chemical composition were evaluated. Combing the actual working conditions, failure of the pressure tube was caused by stress corrosion, and the solving measurements were put forward.
