摘要
以马铃薯品种东农311为试验材料,采用3414肥料试验设计,研究了马铃薯主要生育时期的倒三叶SPAD值与施肥量及相对产量间的关系,试验结果表明,SPAD值与施氮量、施钾量均呈显著正相关,与施磷量呈显著负相关,并且在一定的施氮范围内,与相对产量也呈显著正相关。通过方程拟合得出仅氮肥影响下马铃薯块茎形成期SPAD临界值为45.16,块茎膨大期SPAD临界值为44.00,淀粉积累期SPAD临界值为44.14。
With potato variety Dongnong 311 as test material, the 3414 fertilizer experiment design was adopted to researches the relationship among SPAD value of top three leaves in main potato growth stages, fertilizer application and relative yield. The experimental results showed that SPAD value was significantly and positively correlated with nitrogen and potassium applied. But it was negatively related to the quantity of phosphorus. To a certain range of Nitrogen level, it was positively related to the relative yield. The fitting e- quation only under the influence of the nitrogen showed that at potato tuber formation stage critical SPAD value was 45.16, at the tuber enlargement stage critical SPAD value was 44.00, and at the starch accumulation stage the critical value was 44.14 SPAD.
