母胎界面内脂素、MMP-2、MMP-9的表达及其在妊娠期高血压疾病发病中的意义 被引量:1

Study on the expression of visfatin,MMP-2,MMP-9 and visfatin in maternal fetal interface and their significance in the development of pregnancy-induced hypertension

摘要 目的观察内脂素、MMP-2、MMP-9在子痫前期患者母胎界面的表达情况,探讨母胎界面的内脂素与子痫前期发病的关系。方法选择子痫前期患者40例,其中子痫前期轻度20例,子痫前期重度20例;选择正常足月妊娠孕妇40例为对照组。采用免疫组化法,检测2组胎盘中内脂素、MMP-2、MMP-9的表达情况。结果对照组胎盘中内脂素免疫组化光密度值为0.35±0.05,轻度子痫前期组为0.43±0.01,重度子痫前期组为0.52±0.01。对照组MMP-2、MMP-9免疫组化光密度值为0.21±0.02,0.19±0.01;轻度子痫前期组分别为0.16±0.02,0.15±0.01;重度子痫前期组分别为0.13±0.02,0.13±0.01。子痫前期组内脂素与MMP-2、MMP-9之间存在负相关性,MMP-2与MMP-9之间存在着正相关性。结论母胎界面胎盘组织中内脂素的表达随子痫前期病变严重程度的增加而升高,内脂素、MMP-2、MMP-9是妊娠期母胎界面胎盘组织中的重要因子,可能参与了子痫前期的发病。 Objective It is to observe the expression of visfatin,MMP- 2,MM- 9 in maternal fetal interface in patients with preeclampsia,and to discuss the relationship between visfatin in maternal fetal interface and the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. Methods 40 cases of preeclampsia patients,including 20 mild ones and 20 severe ones were selected,40 cases of normal full-term pregnancy women were selected as control group. The expression of visfatin,MMP- 2 and MMP- 9 in placenta were detected by immunohistochemical method in both groups. Results In placenta of control group,the immunohistochemical optical density value of inner fat grain was 0. 35 ± 0. 05. In the mild preeclampsia group,the value was 0. 43 ± 0. 01,and in the severe preeclampsia group,the value was 0. 52 ± 0. 01. In control group,the immunohistochemical optical density value of MMP- 2 and MMP- 9 was 0. 21 ± 0. 02 and 0. 19 ± 0. 01 respectively. In the mild preeclampsia group,the values of MMP- 2,MMP- 9 were 0. 16 ± 0. 02,0. 15 ± 0. 01 respectively; In the severe preeclampsia group,the values of MMP- 2and MMP- 9 were 0. 13 ± 0. 02,0. 13 ± 0. 01 respectively. In the preeclampsia group,the inner fat and MMP-2 and MMP-9were negatively correlated. MMP- 2 and MMP- 9 were positively correlated. Conclusion The expression of visfatin in placenta tissues in maternal-fetal interface increases with the increase of the severity of preeclampsia lesions. The inner fat element,MMP- 2 and MMP- 9 are important factors in pregnancy maternal-fetal interface in the placenta tissue. They may be involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
