寸劲推拿配合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical observation on cun-jin tuina and electro-acupuncture for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的观察寸劲推拿配合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将86例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组43例。治疗组采用寸劲推拿手法配合电针治疗,对照组采用传统推拿手法配合电针治疗。两组疗程均为2个月,观察临床疗效以及功能障碍ODI积分、疼痛VAS积分的变化情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为86.05%、79.07%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗前后组内比较,两组功能障碍ODI积分、疼痛VAS积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,功能障碍ODI积分、疼痛VAS积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寸劲推拿配合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效满意,可减轻患者腰腿部的疼痛,改善活动功能障碍。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cun-jin tuina therapy and electro-acupuncture for lumbar disc herniation. Methods Eighty-six cases were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 43 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by cun-jin tuina therapy and electro-acupuncture,and control group was treated by tradition tuina therapy and electro-acupuncture,with the course of 2 months. The clinical efficacy,scores of ODI and VAS were observed. Results 1 The overall effective rate was 86. 05% in the treatment group and 79. 07% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. 2 In each group,there were significant differences in ODI score and VAS score between before and after treatment（P〈0.05）; after treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combined cun-jin tuina and electro-acupuncture has positive effect on lumbar disc herniation. It can relieve pain in patients with lumbar and leg,and improve its activities dysfunction.
