摘要
探讨黄元御"中气升降"理论对治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的启示。认为慢性再生障碍性贫血病机多为中气虚衰、太阴寒湿,治疗用药重在培补中气、顾护下元。
This paper introduces Huang Yuanyu＇s academic thoughts on＂ascending and descending of middle-qi＂theory for the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia. It indicates that deficiency of middle-qi and cold-dampness of greater yin are the pathogenesis of the disease. Cultivating middle-qi and protecting the lower origin are the treatment principles.
