摘要
介绍颜乾麟教授从虚阳论治老年高血压病的临床经验。认为老年高血压病的主要病机为虚阳上浮,故应以温潜法为主施治;治以羚羊角散加味方、镇肝熄风汤加减方等,配以"附子-羚羊角""肉桂(或桂枝)-怀牛膝""吴茱萸-白芍"药对。并附验案1则。
This paper introduces Professor Yan Qianlin＇s clinical experience with aged hypertension based on the theory of yang deficiency. It is viewed that the pathogenesis of hypertension is upfloating of vacuous yang. ＂Lingyangjiao Powder＂and＂Zhengan Xifeng Decoction＂can be used by the combination of pairedherbs. One proven case is presented.
