Application of Alberta infant motor scale to evaluation of early motor development in low birth weight infants

目的了解Alberta婴儿运动量表对低出生体质量儿早期运动发育评价中的应用价值,为临床指导提供参考依据。方法对129例正常出生体质量儿和83例低出生体质量儿进行Alberta运动发育评估。结果低出生体质量组运动发育明显落后于正常出生体质量组,经训练后两组间差异无统计学意义。结论 Alberta婴儿运动量表可以对低出生体质量儿的运动发育进行筛查、评估及治疗指导。

Objective To examine the application value of the Alberta infant motor scale （AIMS） to evaluation of early motor development in low birth weight infants. Methods A total of 129 ordinary babies and 83 low birth weight infants were evaluated by AIMS. Results The low birth weight group lagged behind the normal birth weight group significantly in the movement development. There was no statistical significance between the two groups after training. Conclusion AIMS can be used for screening, assessment and therapy guidance of motor development in the low birth weight infants.
