磁性附着体应用于下颌覆盖义齿的效果评价

Application of magnetic attachment in mandibular over denture

目的观察分析口腔修复中磁性附着体的临床应用效果。方法从我院收治的牙列缺损拟行覆盖义齿修复的患者中抽取60例,通过使用磁性附着体进行义齿修复,检测磁性附着体粘固前、粘固后即刻及粘固后21d的固位力与咀嚼效率,并观察其不良反应。结果患者使用磁性附着体粘固后即刻及21d的固位力与咀嚼效率无明显差异(P>0.05),但均明显高于粘固前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔修复中应用磁性附着体能够有效地加强固位力,提高患者咀嚼效率,具有临床推广应用的意义。

Objective To evaluate the application of magnetic attachment in mandibular over denture. Methods 60 patients were randomly selected from the patients treated in the department of stomatology, Longyan People＇s Hospital. The mandibular of the selected patient were restored with magnetic assembly retained over denture. For each patient, the retention of the denture and masticatory efficiency were examined before, immediately after, and 21 days after that the magnetic assembly was attached. Results The retention of the denture and masticatory efficiency were significantly improved immediately after and 21 days after that the magnetic assembly were attached （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of magnetic attachment in mandibular over denture can effectively increase the retention force, and improve the masticatory efficiency.
