摘要
我国社会经济的快速发展对职业教育和职业能力培养提出了越来越高的要求,学生不仅需要具备面向特定职业的静态能力,还需要具备动态能力以适应不断变换和飞速发展的外部环境。文章基于建构主义理论探讨了如何设置不同的教学情境,以及如何在不同的情境进行替换学习,以适应动态职业能力发展不同阶段的要求。除此之外,动态职业能力的发展还依赖于教与学的主体,因此要发展教师的职业能力,同时激发学生的自我学习动机,才能取得更好的教学效果。
The rapid development of social economy has put higher requirement for developing vocational education and vocational capability. Students not only need to have some kind of static ability for specific career, but also need to have the dynamic capability to adapt to the changing and rapid development of the external environment. Based on the theory of constructivism, this paper discusses how to set up the teaching and learning situation and how to teach and learn in the switching situations to adapt to the development stages of dynamic vocational capability. In addition, the development of dynamic vocational capability also depends on the main bodies of the teaching and learning activities. So developing teachers' vocational capabilities as well as stimulating students' intrinsic motivation is key measures to achieve better effect.
