He Yanli: Resolve the problem of over capacity to maintain the steady development of paper industry

国家发改委产业司正局级巡视员贺燕丽指出：“十二五”前三年我国造纸工业取得了很大的成绩，但是，我们必须要看到眼前所出现的问题，就是要重视产能过剩，这对我们造纸行业是一个伤筋动骨的大问题。如果任其发展下去，对全行业的持续、健康发展会带来很不利的影响。面对产能过剩的局面．需要我们探索一些新的发展道路和发展思路。

He Yanli, inspector(bureau-level) of industry department of National Development and Reform Commission, said that China paper industry had great achievements in the fi rst three years of the Twelfth Five Years Plan, but we must know the problems existing in paper industry, the biggest problem is the over capacity. He thought that the problem of over capacity will negativelly effect the sustainable development of paper industry.
