Laboratory education is a vital part to cultivate the mentality and the sense of innovation of the students. It is necessary to execute education reform and establish new standard of teaching, and conse- quently to train high quality specialists and experts of innovation. This paper investigates different means of organic chemistry laboratory education reform, and discusses the way to bring up students to chemis- try experts with high quality of innovation and knowledge.
