历史街区保护是杭州历史文化名城的重要组成部分。文章通过分析现阶段历史街区基础设施落后的主要问题,从道路系统、水务管道系统、能源系统、通信电网管线系统、消防系统、环境系统等多方面提出改善建议。

The protection of historical blocks is an important part of Hangzhou, the thmous historical and cultural city. The paper has put forward improvement suggestions in the aspects of road system, water piping system, energy system, communication power grid pipeline system, fire-extinguishing system, environmental system, etc. through the analysis on the main problems of poor infrastructures of historical blocks at the present stage.
