结合瑞典住宅的发展历程和相关背景,在实地调研的基础上,从住宅形式、户型设计、造型特点等方面,对瑞典近年来新建的集合住宅建筑设计特点进行分析,为我国住宅产业的发展提供一些借鉴与参考。经过多年的发展与经验积累,瑞典近年来新建的集合住宅,大多设计简约实用,注重住宅舒适与宜居。这些特点与集合住宅高度产业化的建造方式密不可分。

These characteristics have the inseparable relationship with the highly industrialized construction mode of congregate residential buildings.
