摘要
分析并讨论了夜景照明项目进度管理的六项重点工作。进度计划的制订和适时调整、方案设计及深化、灯具选型与订货、赶工、调试及试运行、质量保证,是夜景照明工程进度管理的六大难点,本文对此作了详细探讨,并指出:业主及各参建方应将上述六大难点列为进度管理的重点环节,有针对性的采取措施,保证足够的重视和必要的资源配置,并保障其完成质量和时间节点,这样,夜景照明工程的进度管理才能处于可控状态,并实现良性运行。
Six focus of the process management of the night view lighting project were analyzed and discussed. The formulation and timely adjustment of the progress planning, the design and deepening of the project, the lectotype, order, charrette, debugging and trial operation of the luminaries, and the quality assurance are the six focus of the process management of the night view lighting project. The owner and the cooperated -building parties should list the above six difficulties as key links of the process management, and take targeted measures to ensure attention and the necessary resources configuration and guarantee the quality and time node. By doing so, the process management of the night view lighting project can be in a controllable state, and can be operated smoothly.
