在行政审判过程中,应当建构一种有利于纠纷实质性化解的、司法与行政的良性互动关系。建构司法与行政良性互动机制、摒弃不良互动在当代中国行政审判中具有重要意义。

In the administrative trial ,we should establish a benign interaction relationship between jurisdiction and administration to resolve the disputes .It is of great significance to construct judicial and administrative benign inter-action mechanism and to get rid of the bad interaction in administrative trial in modern China .
