法律援助介入城镇化建设法治体系的路径

Path of Legal Aid's Intervention in the Legal System of Urbanization Construction

我国城镇化建设的聚合辐射作用正有效促进农村经济、社会的全面发展,但相应的法治化保障水平并不能与上述客观发展相适应,法律援助是解决此难题的一种有效、合理方式。实践中,法律援助介入面临诸多问题和困境,理性介入的路径有:加强法律援助的立法研究,建立多元化援助机构和机制,加强资金经费保障和人员竞争,为援助工作夯实基础。

The radiation polymerization effect of urbanization construction in China is effectively promoting the over -all development of rural economy and society ,but the corresponding legalization protection level does not fit with the above objective development .Legal aid is an effective and reasonable way to solve this problem .In practice ,the in-tervention of legal aid is facing many problems and difficulties .The rational intervention paths include strengthening the legislation of legal aid ,establishing a diversified aid agencies and mechanisms ,strengthening capital funds guar-antee and personnel competition ,and laying a solid foundation for aid work .
